Processing & Handcrafting Times

  • Artisanal Handmade Goods (Soaps, Balms, etc.): Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to safely hand-package your items. Because these are poured in small batches to ensure absolute freshness and quality, we appreciate your patience with our deliberate process.

  • Curated & Ritual Items (Teas, Crystals, Accessories): These items are fulfilled via our trusted partners and typically ship within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery Timelines

  • Once shipped, standard domestic delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Multiple Packages: If your order contains both handmade products and curated ritual items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. You will receive tracking numbers for each package so you can follow their journey.
