Due to the genuinely handmade nature of these items, slight variations in color, pattern, weight, and design are entirely normal and a testament to their unique quality.

2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Expectations

We make every effort to handcraft, package, and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. However, as a small business, processing delays can occasionally occur during high-volume periods or due to raw ingredient availability. Midnight Whispers is not liable for carrier delays once a package has left our care, but we will always do our best to help you track down a delayed shipment.
